Slovakian Labour Code extends the list of protected grounds
As of 1 April 2011, an amendment to the Labour Code brings the list of protected grounds in line with the Anti-Discrimination Act. Article 1 of the Basic Principles of the Labour Code now contains an explicit reference to sexual orientation.
